CraftWave Audio is dedicated to helping our customers when they have a problem. Be it an issue with their order, a question, or something else, we're here to help.

Privacy & Safety

At CraftWave Audio, we do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information in any capacity. The information you share in our forms are stored in our site's secured servers and stay there unless you state otherwise. If you would like me to delete your information from our servers, please fill out the form in our help page and we will confirm your desire to delete your information. Once we get confirmation, we will go ahead and delete it.

Information that is stored will only be used for business purposes, such as to send you invoices and quotes, contact you about your custom cable request, to update you on your order, etc. We will never use your information in a way that will expose you publicly or privately (via third-party companies or in any other form).

Payment Policy

When you send in a quote request, we will contact you about your custom cable. We will send you a quote with a price, detailing all of the information and parts we discussed in our communications. When you confirm, we will then send you an invoice. The invoice includes shipping, which is paid for by you.

 

The invoice is required to be paid within 10 days. If we don't receive payment within 5 days, we will email you to remind you of your due date. If we don't receive payment in 10 days, we will email you stating that we will not be able to begin work on your custom cable until it is paid. No work will begin until the invoice is paid in full.

Return, Refund, & Cancellation Policy

Once the invoice is paid, there will be no returns, refunds, or cancellations available. If you insist on a cancellation, we will cancel the order, but we will not be able to issue a refund as all of the parts would have been ordered already. Parts are ordered on an as needed basis per custom cable order which is why we are not able to issue refunds.

If you have a problem with your custom cable when it arrives to you, we will accept it back to fix the issue and return it back to you for free (we will pay shipping). This issue is unique for every customer and will be handled through extensive, detailed phone calls. However, please be advised that we still do not issue refunds for these issues. We only provide repair services for these issues. Thank you for understanding.
